Bingo Halls in Indiana: 31 Listings

Bingo in Indiana is charity bingo. Veterans posts, lodges, Knights of Columbus councils, churches and a few dedicated charity halls run it under a license from the Indiana Gaming Commission. Licensed games are all over the state, but the ones we could check are mostly around Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Lake County and Evansville.

A regular game may pay no more than $1,000. Last checked: October 2026. Of the 16 halls and games below, 13 were checked against the organizer’s own site or event listings and 3 only against the Commission’s license list. Another 15 are licensed groups or filed events with no posted schedule, and 318 are older or unconfirmed leads.

Since January 2026 no hall may hold bingo more than three days a week, and some have changed their nights, so a quick call before a long drive is wise.

Indiana Bingo at a Glance

Bingo in Indianapolis and Central Indiana

Central Indiana has five confirmed bingo games, three in Indianapolis and one each in Muncie and Peru. Between them they cover every day of the week except Saturday. Indianapolis has one dedicated charity hall, Post Road Bingo on the east side, plus weekly games at a Knights of Columbus council and a Grotto on the south side. None of the three Indianapolis games posts its prices. Muncie and Peru each have a hall that plays three nights a week.

Post Road Bingo (Indianapolis)

• Good to know:
  • Proceeds go to the National Fire Safety Council, which holds the state bingo license for this address (number 002001).
  • There is no posted phone number or age rule.
  • Karla’s Kafe Snack Bar is in the hall.
  • The hall’s own site carries a 2019 date. The Council’s page shows the same days and times next to its 2026 material, though.

Knights of Columbus Council 3660 Bingo (Indianapolis)

• Good to know:
  • Run by the Monsignor James M. Downey Council at its Downey Event Center.
  • It is a small game: the council puts its max capacity at around 50 players.
  • The council gives bingo license number 001620. Its site was listing October and November 2026 events when we checked.

Sahara Grotto Bingo (Indianapolis)

• Days and times: Fridays; the Grotto’s Bingo Schedule page listed October 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2026. No start time is posted
• Good to know:
  • Bingo came back here in 2026. The Grotto’s Bingo is Back post is dated June 19, 2026.
  • The Grotto posts dates only, with no start time, phone number or pack price. Check its Bingo Schedule page for the next dates before you plan a trip.
  • That page shows a Stars and Stripes Jackpot of $5,500.
  • The Commission’s list shows Sahara Grotto’s state license, which includes bingo, valid through February 28, 2027.

Knights of Columbus Council 560 Bingo (Muncie)

• Good to know:
  • You must be 18 or older to enter. There is a full-service kitchen with snacks and fountain beverages.
  • Packs are $12 for a single and $17 for a double. You become a member on your first night. Membership is a dollar a night, and the 11th night is free.
  • The council advertises a nightly payout of $6,000 with three $1,000 games.
  • The council has a second building at 3600 W Purdue Ave with a different phone number. Bingo is on Wheeling Avenue.

Miami Nation Bingo (Peru)

• Days and times: Monday, Thursday and Sunday evenings, except Christmas; doors 4:30pm, warm up 5:30pm, early bird 6:30pm, main program 7:00pm
• Good to know:
  • The nights have changed. Older listings, ours included, showed Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Miami Nation’s own page now gives Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
  • An inclusive pack is $25, with extras sold on the floor. Pull tabs go on sale at 4:30pm.
  • Concessions are cash only, and there is an ATM on site.
  • Run by the Miami Nation of Indians of the State of Indiana at its tribal complex, under a state charity gaming license. It is not a casino. Proceeds support Miami Nation scholarship, culture and language.

Bingo in Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana

Fort Wayne’s best documented hall, Coliseum Bingo, is the one confirmed bingo game in northeast Indiana. ABATE of Indiana runs it at its Freedom Hall on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Metro Youth Sports on Bluffton Road and Harmony Bingo in New Haven both hold current state licenses. Neither has a website we could find, so neither schedule is confirmed by the organizer. Ask for game times when you call.

Coliseum Bingo (Fort Wayne)

• Good to know:
  • Run by ABATE of Indiana at Freedom Hall, just off I-69 and Lima Road. You must be 18 to enter and play.
  • 9-card packs are $20, and additional packs are $5 each. Warm ups are $3 a book, and daubers are $2.
  • Most games pay $100 and five pay $500. The jackpot is a $1,000 cover-all with a $200 second chance.
  • Birthday special: within 7 days before or after your birthday, you can play one time for free and get $25 off your packs. Bring a valid picture ID.

Metro Youth Sports Bingo (Fort Wayne)

  • Metro Youth Sports holds a state license for bingo and pull tabs at this address, valid through March 31, 2027 on the Commission’s list.
  • There is no website we could find, so ask about the start time, prices and age rule.

Harmony Bingo (New Haven)

• Good to know:
  • The Toma Foundation holds the bingo license here. Circle of Hope Foundation, which also uses the Harmony Bingo name, is licensed for bingo too.
  • A directory lists the hall as open five days a week. Since January 2026 one location may hold bingo on no more than three days, so those hours cannot all be bingo days. We have left them out.
  • The last dated schedule we found is from October 2021. That was when a Fort Wayne business paper reported the move to Entrance Drive, with games on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings.

Bingo in Hammond and Northwest Indiana

Northwest Indiana has four confirmed bingo games, one each on Monday in Merrillville, Wednesday in Schererville, Friday in Hammond and Sunday in Griffith. AHEPA Chapter 157, the local chapter of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, runs the Wednesday, Friday and Sunday games at three different halls.

Each has its own reservations number, and all three are on the chapter’s bingo site. St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Merrillville plays on Monday nights. Lake County had 21 organizations with an annual bingo license on the Commission’s October 2026 list, and Porter County had 14.

AHEPA 157 Wednesday Bingo (Schererville)

• Good to know:
  • Played at St. George Greek Banquet Hall.
  • A regular setup is $20 (24 regular cards and two 6ons for each special). A double setup is $30 (36 regular cards and four 6ons for each special).

AHEPA 157 Friday Bingo (Hammond)

• Good to know:
  • Played at St. Michael’s Parish. The chapter gives only the cross streets, with no street number, so ask where to park and enter when you call to reserve.
  • Setups cost the same as on Wednesday: $20 regular, $30 double.
  • The posted Friday program has eight regular games at 500, a Kaboom 50/50 special, a Crazy L at 1000 and a coverall at 1000. A smoke break and door prizes come in the middle.

AHEPA 157 Sunday Bingo (Griffith)

St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church Bingo (Merrillville)

  • Setups: small (18 cards) $15, medium regular (24 cards) $20, large double (36 cards) $30.
  • Special cards (12 each of 3 specials) are $6. Face dab cards are $7 for 12 and $9 for 18. Dabbers are $2.
  • Older lists put St. Sava at 4101 W 49th Ave in Hobart. The church has moved to Merrillville, and bingo is at the Mississippi Street address.

Bingo in South Bend and Michiana

South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart and Goshen, Indiana have no weekly bingo game we could confirm, since no hall there posts a schedule we could check. What we can show is who is licensed. The organizations in this table held a current bingo license on the Indiana Gaming Commission’s list in October 2026.

The address is the one on the license, and the list gives no days or times. Think of these as places to ask about, not scheduled games. Holy Family Catholic Church in South Bend, Elks Lodge 798 in Goshen and Moose Lodge 599 in Elkhart are licensed too and are in the older table.

Four Winds South Bend, the Pokagon Band’s casino, lists slots, table games, poker and a sportsbook on its site, but no bingo.

Bingo in Evansville and Southwest Indiana

Evansville’s west side has the one confirmed bingo hall in southwest Indiana: VFW Post 1114, which plays Sunday and Thursday and posts full details for both games. Pay It Forward Local holds the license for a bingo hall on South Green River Road, but we could not re-confirm its nights.

Vanderburgh County had 8 annual bingo licenses on the Commission’s October 2026 list. Two that are not in our older table follow the halls, with the license address and no days or times.

VFW Post 1114 Bingo (Evansville)

Pay It Forward Local Bingo (Evansville)

  • The Commission’s list also shows a special permission here for bingo payouts of up to $30,000, with the date November 15, 2026. Ask the hall what is planned.
  • The phone number is the charity’s main line. Its office is at the West Side Community Center, 2227 West Michigan Street, not at the bingo hall. Its site showed no bingo schedule when we checked.

Bingo in Jeffersonville and New Albany

New Albany’s Elks Lodge 270 has the one confirmed bingo game in the Jeffersonville and New Albany part of Indiana, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We could not confirm a game in Jeffersonville itself. The lodge posts each bingo night on its own calendar.

Floyd and Clark counties have more current bingo licenses on the Commission’s list. American Legion Post 28 in New Albany, Knights of Columbus Council 1348 in Jeffersonville and Moose Lodge 1757 in Sellersburg hold current licenses and are in the older table.

The two organizations listed after the lodge are licensed too, but the list gives no bingo days for them. For games across the river, see our Kentucky bingo halls page.

New Albany Elks Lodge 270 Bingo

  • The lodge calendar lists every bingo night by date, and it ran through the end of November 2026 when we checked.

  • The site gives no prices and does not say whether you need to be a member.
  • Older lists show 7:15pm on Monday and Tuesday and 6:00pm on Saturday here. Those times are out of date.

Bingo in Bloomington and West Central Indiana

Bloomington, Indiana has no bingo game we could confirm, and Lafayette and Terre Haute have no current weekly game with a posted time. In Lafayette, the 40 and 8 veterans club listed a Saturday game through December 2025, and we found nothing newer.

In Terre Haute, a senior center has bingo dates on file with the Commission. We could no longer confirm Northside Bingo, so it is now with the leads further down. The table after the Lafayette club adds three more licensed clubs, with no days or times on the list.

American Legion Post 18 and AMVETS Post 2000 in Bloomington hold current bingo licenses and are in the older table. So are American Legion Post 104, the Eagles, the Moose and Zorah Shrine in Terre Haute.

40 & 8 Voiture 364 Bingo (Lafayette)

These 318 rows come from bingo directories, nearly all of them older, and none has been re-confirmed. About a third share an address with an organization that held a bingo license in October 2026. Even so, days, times and phone numbers may have changed.

Many numbers in the Fort Wayne and South Bend areas still show the old 219 area code. Any row with four or more bingo days a week is out of date now that a hall may play only three. Treat every row as a lead, not a schedule.

One name you may look for: Indy Bingo in Indianapolis says on its own site that it is closed until further notice and points players to Post Road Bingo.

Indiana Bingo Rules

• Who regulates it: the Indiana Gaming Commission’s Charity Gaming Division, under Indiana Code 4-32.3 and the rules in 68 Indiana Administrative Code 21
• Who may run bingo: only qualified tax-exempt organizations with a physical presence in Indiana, such as charitable, civic, fraternal, veterans and political organizations, schools, hospitals and licensed health facilities; each must be qualified by the Commission first
• License types: an Annual Activity License for 12 months (veterans organizations may ask for three years), a Single Activity License for one date and place, and a Festival Activity License for up to 5 consecutive days; small events can run on an Exempt Activity Notification when all prizes total no more than $2,500 for one event or $7,500 in a calendar year
• Prize limits: one bingo game may not pay more than $1,000, a progressive bingo game no more than $2,000, and all the bingo games at one event no more than $6,000; up to 6 times a calendar year an organization may get special permission to raise an event’s bingo payout to as much as $30,000
• Days per week: an annual license allows bingo on no more than 3 days per calendar week, and since January 1, 2026 no facility may be used for bingo on more than 3 days a week, however many organizations play there
• Minimum age: organizations must ensure participants are at least 18; operators and workers must be 18 too, and pull tabs cannot be sold to anyone under 18
• Pull tabs: licensed organizations may sell pull tabs, punchboards and tip boards; a ticket may cost no more than $5, one winning ticket may pay no more than $599, and winners of $250 or more must give a printed name, signature and date of birth
• Paying and tipping: bingo is paid for by cash, debit card or check, since credit cards are allowed only for raffles and water races; halls must post a sign that tipping is not allowed

These rules come from the Indiana Gaming Commission’s Charity Gaming Division and its 2026 Charity Gaming Basics guide. The guide is a summary, and the statute, Indiana Code 4-32.3, is what governs. The January 1, 2026 start of the three-day limit for each location comes from the Commission’s May 2025 notice on Senate Enrolled Act 108.

The Commission also keeps a list of organizations with current licenses, which you can use to check a game before you go. On the list dated October 9, 2026, 322 organizations held an annual license that includes bingo. For tax on a prize, the Commission sends questions to the Internal Revenue Service and the Indiana Department of Revenue.

Miami Nation Bingo in Peru, Indiana is state-licensed charity bingo run by the Miami Nation of Indians of Indiana, on Monday, Thursday and Sunday evenings.

Where can I play bingo in Indianapolis?

We confirmed three games in Indianapolis, Indiana: Post Road Bingo on Monday, Thursday and Friday, Knights of Columbus Council 3660 on Tuesday, and Sahara Grotto on Fridays. Sahara Grotto’s posted dates ran through October 23, 2026 when we checked, with no start time given. Addresses and times are in the Bingo in Indianapolis and Central Indiana section above.

Where can I play bingo in Fort Wayne?

Coliseum Bingo is the one hall in Fort Wayne, Indiana with a schedule we could confirm: Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, doors 3:00pm, first game 6:00pm. Metro Youth Sports on Bluffton Road and Harmony Bingo in New Haven are licensed, but neither schedule is confirmed by the organizer. Where can I play bingo in Evansville?

VFW Post 1114 on the west side of Evansville, Indiana plays Sunday, with bingo at 4:00pm, and Thursday, with bingo at 6:30pm. Pay It Forward Local is licensed for a hall on South Green River Road, but we could not re-confirm its nights. Details are in the Bingo in Evansville and Southwest Indiana section above.

Why call before I go?

Since January 2026, Indiana halls may hold bingo only three days a week, and some have changed their nights; Miami Nation Bingo in Peru now plays Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
