Bingo in Quebec is charity bingo: licensed halls run for local non-profits under the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, plus parish and club games, and Loto-Québec links 28 of the halls for a network game twice a day. The halls are spread from Montreal, Laval and Longueuil to Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Saguenay and the Gaspé Peninsula. Last checked: October 2026. Of the 35 games below, 23 have session times taken from the hall’s or organizer’s own website and 12 come from Loto-Québec’s list of participating halls or the bingo secretariat’s list, which give the days but no clock times; 9 more are licensed venues with no schedule we could find. Those lists and the halls’ own sites disagree more often than you would expect, so phone before you drive.

Bingo in Saguenay and Eastern Quebec
We confirmed one bingo game in Saguenay, Quebec, against the organizer’s own site: a Thursday game at the Patro de Jonquière. Two parish bingos on the Gaspé Peninsula, in Paspébiac and Pabos, are listed by Loto-Québec without start times. We could not confirm a weekly schedule in Chicoutimi or Rimouski, where the Régie’s register shows licensed venues; they are in the table of leads below. New Brunswick is across Chaleur Bay, and our New Brunswick bingo halls page covers that province.

Some names from older lists are not on this page. The operator of Bingo des Galeries Laval now lists its bingo as Bingo Ste-Rose, at 300 boulevard Sainte-Rose. We left out the Salle de bingo de Sainte-Adèle because it is not on the Régie’s current register, and older directories that say Super Bingo Kahnawake mean the hall that now calls itself Mohawk Bingo.
Quebec Bingo Rules
- Who regulates it: the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), which issues every bingo licence in Quebec
- Who may run bingo: charitable or religious organizations, alone or through a licensed bingo hall manager; a hall with more than 208 sessions a year must have a manager
- Prize limits in managed halls: under the Bingo Rules, up to $17,500 a bingo day, $7,500 before 6:00pm and $10,000 after, plus four progressive jackpots of up to $7,500 each; up to $25,000 on four days a year
- Prize limits elsewhere: under the same Rules, $4,000 a bingo event (a session of up to three hours) plus two progressive jackpots of up to $4,000 each for an organization running its own in-hall bingo; the Régie’s site gives $200 a session for recreational bingo, or $500 if it plays once a week
- Minimum age: no minor may be in the hall while bingo is played, and cards cannot be sold to minors; the rules print no number, but every hall that posts one says 18
- Alcohol: none in the room where bingo is played; some halls have a separate bar or Kinzo room next door
- Paying: no credit, cheques or credit cards for bingo cards, and prizes are paid in cash; most halls have an ATM
- Network bingo: Loto-Québec’s game at 2:30pm and 8:30pm in 28 halls: $2 for the warm-up sheet and $5 or $10 for the main game, with a $35,000 jackpot
The Régie describes each licence on its bingo page (in French), the prize and age rules are in Quebec’s Bingo Rules, and Loto-Québec explains network bingo in English. You have to be playing a hall’s regular bingo to play the network game, and a session lasts about three hours. The prize limits above are set in sections 7 to 9 and 16 to 18 of the Bingo Rules, in the version updated to June 1, 2026. Mohawk Bingo in Kahnawake is a First Nation hall that is not on the Régie’s register, so ask the hall about its own rules. Other provinces do things differently; see our page on bingo rules by province.
Quebec Bingo FAQ
Where can I play bingo in Quebec?
Loto-Québec lists 28 bingo halls across Quebec that play its network bingo, from Lachine and Longueuil to Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières and the Gaspé Peninsula, and other licensed halls and parish or club games run outside that network. This page lists 35 games as of October 2026, 23 with times from the hall’s own site and 12 from Loto-Québec’s or the bingo secretariat’s list, with the largest groups north of Montreal (9), on the South Shore and in Montérégie (7) and around Quebec City (6).
How old do you have to be to play bingo in Quebec?
Quebec’s Bingo Rules say no minor may be in the hall while bingo is being played and no one may sell bingo cards to a minor. The Rules do not print a number, but every Quebec hall that posts a rule says 18, including Le Bingo de la Capitale, Bingo des Chutes and the Gestion C Bougie halls in Laval, Montreal and Longueuil.
Who regulates bingo in Quebec?
The Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) issues bingo licences in Quebec to charitable and religious organizations and to bingo hall managers, and it publishes a register of current licence holders. Loto-Québec runs the network bingo game played in 28 halls but does not manage the halls’ own programs.
What is network bingo (bingo en réseau) in Quebec?
It is a Loto-Québec game played at the same moment in every participating Quebec hall, twice a day at 2:30pm and 8:30pm. A warm-up sheet costs $2 and the main game $5 or $10, the jackpot is $35,000, and you have to be playing the hall’s regular bingo to take part.
Is there a prize limit for bingo in Quebec?
Yes. Under Quebec’s Bingo Rules, a hall run by a licensed manager may award up to $17,500 in a bingo day, $7,500 before 6:00pm and $10,000 after, plus four progressive jackpots of up to $7,500 each, and up to $25,000 on four special days a year. An organization running its own in-hall bingo is limited to $4,000 a bingo event plus two progressive jackpots, and a recreational bingo to $200 a session, or $500 if it plays once a week.
How much does a bingo session cost in Quebec?
Most Quebec halls that post prices sell a 12-face booklet for $16, a 15-face for $20 and an 18-face for $23; that is the list at the Gestion C Bougie halls, Bingo des Laurentides, Paladium de Brossard and Loisirs La Providence. Bingo des Chutes in Quebec City starts at $13 for 9 cards, Salle de Bingo O503 in Trois-Rivières at $15 for 9 faces, and Bingo de Thetford sets a $23 minimum. Bring cash: Quebec’s rules bar payment by cheque or credit card for bingo cards.
Where can I play bingo in Montreal?
Two halls on the island of Montreal, Quebec are confirmed. Bingo Lachine on rue Saint-Antoine plays at 1:00pm and 7:00pm every day and at 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Bingo Pointe-aux-Trembles on rue Sherbrooke Est plays every evening at 7:00pm, and its own site also lists a 1:00pm session every day.
Where can I play bingo in Quebec City?
Quebec City, Quebec has four halls on this page, three of them confirmed with the hall’s own site. Le Bingo de la Capitale on rue Chabot plays every day at 12:45pm and 6:45pm, Bingo des Chutes in Beauport every day at 1:00pm and 7:00pm, and Bingo Centre-Bourg in Charlesbourg every evening plus weekend afternoons. Bingo Charlesbourg Nord on rue du Périgord is on the bingo secretariat’s list with evening sessions every day, without times.
Where can I play bingo in Laval?
Laval, Quebec has two confirmed halls, both run by Gestion C Bougie: Bingo Ste-Rose at 300 boulevard Sainte-Rose and Bingo St-Vincent-de-Paul at 4464 boulevard de la Concorde Est. Each plays every afternoon at 1:00pm and every evening at 7:00pm, and St-Vincent-de-Paul adds a 10:30pm session on Friday.
Why call before I go?
In Quebec, Loto-Québec’s list of halls and the halls’ own sites often disagree: Loto-Québec’s list shows a Tuesday session at Bingo des Laurentides that the hall marks closed, puts Bingo de Thetford on Monday when the hall plays Sunday, and still gives an old address for the Valleyfield bingo. Loto-Québec itself advises phoning to confirm opening hours before you travel, and Bingo des Chutes in Quebec City may close in winter storms.
