Last checked: October 2026Where you buy bingo supplies depends on who is buying. A player can get daubers, chips and a bag at the hall counter, a big-box store or online for a few dollars. A church, lodge or fire company running a licensed game is in a different spot: in many states it must buy its bingo paper and equipment from a distributor the state has licensed. This page covers both.

Daubers come in 1.5 oz, 3 oz and 4 oz bottles. Most of what bingo stores stock is 3 oz or 4 oz, and the 1.5 oz bottle is the small size.
Two kinds of supplies are missing from the table, because stores rarely post a price for them:
- Bingo paper. These are the disposable sheets and booklets used in hall games. The store above has stopped selling paper and now points buyers to distributors in their own state.
- Hall equipment. This covers blowers, consoles, flashboards, electronic handhelds and pull-tab dispensers. Distributors quote these by phone, and they sell or lease them.
Where to Buy Bingo Supplies Near You
For daubers, chips and a home cage set, there are five places to look.
| Where | Best for | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| The bingo hall itself | A dauber for tonight | Many halls sell daubers at the counter. Call and ask before you count on it. |
| Big-box stores | Daubers, chips and boxed cage sets | Walmart lists all three online. Shelf stock varies, so check your store’s page first. |
| Party stores | Dauber packs and party bingo games | Party City closed its own stores in 2025 and now sells inside more than 700 Staples stores. Ask if your branch carries game supplies. |
| A regional bingo distributor | Daubers by the case, cage sets, advice | Some have a warehouse counter. Call first and ask if they sell to the public. |
| Online bingo stores | The widest choice | Daubers ship by the dozen. Bingo paper is often not sold online. |
To find a distributor close to you, search a map app for “bingo supply” plus your city. You can also use your state’s list of licensed distributors, which is covered below.
If you only need a dauber for a game this week, the hall is the simplest stop. Use our state pages to get the hall’s phone number and ask what they sell at the counter.
Wholesale Bingo Supplies: How Halls and Charities Buy
Halls do not buy their paper at a store. Bingo paper and hall equipment pass through three hands: a manufacturer, a distributor, and the organization running the game. Many states license the first two.
Manufacturers print the paper and build the equipment. The largest is Arrow International of Ohio. It runs 4 manufacturing sites and more than 60 distribution sites, and in 2021 it bought two large distributors, Lancaster Bingo Company and Nannicola Bingo Supply. Pollard Games of Council Bluffs, Iowa, which trades as American Games and International Gamco, is another name on state lists.
Distributors are regional. They stock paper by the case, daubers and pull-tabs, and they sell or lease the equipment. Each state has its own set:
- New York’s list names 17 licensed bingo suppliers.
- Indiana’s list had 31 distributors on file in December 2025.
- Some work across state lines. Atlantic Bingo Supply of Odenton, Maryland, appears on both the Indiana and Virginia lists.
This is why a general web store usually cannot sell you hall paper. Wholesale Bingo Supplies, an online store in Jackson, Michigan, has stopped selling bingo paper. Its site also says it is no longer licensed to sell bingo supplies in New Jersey.
Expect a distributor to ask for your bingo license or registration number before it sells you paper. If you run a game and want to see what the supplies cost against what a night brings in, try our bingo payout calculator.
State Rules: Who Can Sell Supplies to a Licensed Game
All seven states we checked limit where a licensed charity game can buy its supplies. The details differ, so read your own state’s row and follow the link to the source.
| State | The rule in short | Source and list |
|---|---|---|
| New Jersey | Bingo paper and electronic bingo devices must be bought or leased from a licensed bingo equipment provider. | Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission |
| Virginia | Every organization running charitable gaming must buy its supplies from a licensed supplier. | VDACS charitable gaming page and supplier list |
| Indiana | Licensed supplies must come from a licensed seller. Since December 2024, roll cages and the solid balls used in them no longer count as licensed supplies. | Indiana Gaming Commission memo and distributor list |
| Missouri | Anyone who sells, leases or distributes bingo equipment or supplies needs a Missouri supplier license. | Missouri statute 313.057 |
| Washington | Before buying gambling equipment, a licensee must confirm the seller holds a valid gambling license. Charities running bingo games that are exempt from licensing may hold bingo equipment without a license. | WAC 230-06-110 |
| New York | Supplies and equipment must come from suppliers and manufacturers licensed by the Gaming Commission. Common articles such as cards and dice are excepted. | New York State Gaming Commission |
| Ohio | Charities may buy bingo supplies only from a distributor licensed by the attorney general. | Ohio Attorney General, Charitable Law Section |
Is your state missing from the table? Call the agency that issues bingo licenses where you live and ask two questions. Must we buy from a licensed distributor? Where is the current list?
This table is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm with the regulator before you place an order.
How to Find a Bingo Supply Distributor in Your State
If you run a licensed game, these six steps get you to a seller you are allowed to use.
- Find your regulator. It is the agency named on your bingo license or permit.
- Get its current list of licensed distributors or suppliers. Most states post the list online. New Jersey also gives it out if you contact the commission.
- Call two or three names on the list. Ask if they deliver to your county, what the smallest order is, and which paper and pack sizes they stock.
- Ask about equipment. A blower, console or flashboard can often be bought or leased. Ask for both prices.
- Keep every invoice. It is your proof that the supplies came from a licensed seller.
- Running a small or one-time game? Ask the regulator what is exempt before you buy. Indiana and Washington each exempt certain items or games.
What to Buy: Three Shopping Lists
These lists use the listed prices from the table above.
One player going to a hall
- Two daubers, so you have a spare. A 4-pack lists at $6.95.
- A magnetic wand and 100 magnetic chips, if you play hard cards: $2.25 and $3.49.
- Optional: a tote bag and a seat cushion.
A home or family game for up to 20 people
- A medium cage set at $29.99. Check what is in the box before you add extras.
- Plastic chips, 200 count, at $3.29.
- Reusable cards, or printed paper cards with a 12-pack of daubers from $10.25.
That comes to about $33 before cards. A deck of bingo calling cards at $2.90 can stand in for the cage if you want to spend less.
A fundraiser for about 100 players
- Get your license or permit first. Then order paper from a distributor on your state’s list, and ask for a quote by the case.
- Daubers to sell at the door. Nine dozen covers 108 players and costs roughly $90 to $170 at the listed dozen prices.
- Something to call the numbers with. A deluxe large cage set lists at $129.99. In some states the calling equipment must also come from a licensed seller, so check the state table first.

Bingo Supply Questions
Where can I buy bingo daubers near me?
Start with the bingo hall, since many halls sell daubers at the counter. Big-box stores, party stores and online bingo stores carry them too. A 12-pack lists from $10.25 online.
Does Walmart sell bingo supplies?
Walmart lists daubers, bingo chips and boxed cage sets on its website. Shelf stock varies by store, so check your store’s page before you drive over.
Where do bingo halls get their supplies?
Halls buy from regional distributors, who buy from manufacturers such as Arrow International. In New Jersey, Virginia, New York and Ohio, a licensed game must buy from a seller the state has licensed.
Can anyone buy bingo paper?
For a home game you can print your own cards or buy a boxed set. Paper made for hall games is sold through distributors. In some states they may sell it only to licensed or registered organizations.
Do I need a license to buy a bingo cage?
Stores sell cage sets to anyone for home use. For a licensed charity game, the answer depends on your state. Indiana, for one, stopped treating roll cages and solid balls as licensed supplies in December 2024.
What size bingo dauber should I buy?
Bingo stores mostly stock 3 oz and 4 oz bottles, and either one works on hall paper. The 1.5 oz bottle is the small size.
What is the difference between a bingo manufacturer and a distributor?
A manufacturer prints the paper and builds the equipment. A distributor stocks those goods in your region and sells or leases them to the groups that run games.
