Bingo Hall Guide for Oklahoma

Oklahoma bingo is mostly charity bingo: nonprofit halls, veterans posts and lodges licensed by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission, with halls that play several nights a week in Oklahoma City, Moore and Tulsa. Tribal casinos are all over the state, but of the casino websites we checked, only Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte posts a regular bingo hall schedule. Last checked: October 2026. The 7 weekly games and 2 casino bingo nights below were checked against the organizer’s own website. Another 39 organizations hold a state charity games license, which also covers pull-tabs, and post no bingo schedule: they are places to phone, not confirmed bingo nights. One more hall is an unconfirmed lead. WinStar’s bingo hall is temporarily closed until further notice and most licensed posts list no schedule online, so call before you drive.

Oklahoma City Metro Bingo Halls

The Oklahoma City area has licensed charity halls that open several nights a week: Bingo City in northwest Oklahoma City and I-35 Bingo in Moore, between Oklahoma City and Norman. The Elks lodge in Warr Acres plays on Saturdays. We could not confirm a weekly charity game in Norman or Shawnee; Thunderbird Casino in Norman runs a Wednesday bingo promotion, and American Legion Post 16 in Shawnee holds a state license.

  • Days and times: Wednesday to Saturday; doors 3:00pm, bingo 5:00pm, open until midnight. Closed Sunday to Tuesday
  • Good to know:
    • Licensed charity bingo. The hall says its proceeds support Wheeling for the Wounded.
    • The hall advertises low buy-ins and says staff will show first-timers how it works. Pack prices and an age rule are not posted, so ask when you call.
    • Older directories show a different number, (405) 942-5448. The number here is the one on the hall’s own site.
    • State license active to June 30, 2027. The hall’s site carries no date.

  • Days and times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; doors 3:00, bingo 5:00, session 8:00. Closed Wednesday and Sunday
  • Good to know:
    • The hall gives its times without am or pm. State law bars charity games before 10:00am, so these are afternoon and evening times.
    • Sponsored by American Legion Post 184 of Moore. Some directories put the hall in Oklahoma City, but it is in Moore.
    • October 2026 buy-ins are $5, $15, $25 or $35 on most Fridays and $10, $20 or $30 on most Saturdays, each with session and intermission packs. Thursday is Buddy Night, 2 packs for one price.
    • Fully enclosed non-smoking area, a full service kitchen and parking in front of the building.
    • Closed October 31, 2026. The hall’s site advertises a Sunday opening on November 15, with doors at 2:30, bingo at 5:00 and session at 8:00. The October 2026 calendar is on its site.

  • Phone: (405) 603-6923
  • Days and times: Every Saturday; minis 11:30, bingo 1:00pm

    • No prices or age rule are posted.
    • The lodge writes its city as both Oklahoma City and Warr Acres, and its ZIP as 73132 in two places and 73122 in another. The state license record uses 73132.
    • State license active to October 23, 2027.

Thunderbird Casino Spooky Bingo (Norman)

  • Address: 15700 East State Highway 9, Norman, OK 73026 (Directions)
  • Phone: 405-360-9270
  • Days and times: Wednesdays at 6:00pm, as an October 2026 promotion
  • Good to know:
    • A tribal casino promotion, not a bingo hall with paid sessions and not state-licensed charity bingo.
    • The casino advertises a progressive blackout bonus with a $1000 minimum and $100 added each week, and a doubled prize when you earn a second card.
    • Posted on October 2, 2026 with a Halloween theme, so it may not run past October.
    • The casino does not say how to get a card or give an age rule. Ask when you call.

The seven organizations below hold an active state charity games license. That license covers bingo and pull-tab tickets, and the record does not say which nights a group plays, or whether it plays bingo at all. We found no posted schedule for any of them, so treat the table as places to phone, not as confirmed bingo nights.

Southern Oklahoma Bingo: Durant, Ardmore, Ada and Thackerville

We could not confirm a single weekly bingo game with a current schedule in southern Oklahoma. WinStar World Casino in Thackerville lists its bingo hall as temporarily closed until further notice, the Choctaw casino site shows no bingo hall in Durant, and no Ardmore organization holds an active state license. The Elks lodges in Durant and Ada and American Legion Post 72 in Ada are licensed but post no bingo schedule. Players near the Texas line can also check our Texas bingo halls page.

  • Good to know:
    • In October 2026 the casino’s bingo pages said bingo is temporarily closed and will remain closed until further notice.
    • The same pages still show the usual sessions: Friday at 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm. Do not rely on them until the closure notice comes down.
    • Tribal casino bingo run by the Chickasaw Nation, not state-licensed charity bingo. No age rule for bingo is posted.
    • The hall is at the south end of the casino, next to RIO and the Poker Room. Watch the casino’s bingo hall page for a reopening date.

    • Players win a share of $700 in Free Play, not cash.
    • A second or third card comes with a $10 or $20 food voucher from Trophy’s Bar & Grill. Seating is limited.
    • The promotion page was updated on October 6, 2026. It gives no age rule, so ask at the Rewards Club.

Licensed organizations in this part of the state, none with a posted schedule. The Tahlequah Daily Press reported Monday bingo nights at VFW Post 3707 in 2017 and 2019, but we could not confirm the day for 2026. Two of the phone numbers come from a single older directory and may be out of date.

More Oklahoma Bingo Listings

One Oklahoma City hall is left as an unconfirmed lead. Its phone number comes from directory listings, and its state license was past its expiration date when we checked. Call first.

Hall and address Days and times Phone Map
Dob-N-Win Bingo, 1312 SE 44th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73129 Not posted. Its state license showed an expiration date of September 12, 2026 and the status About to Expire when we checked on October 10, 2026, so it may have lapsed or be in renewal (405) 672-7910 Directions

Some names from older Oklahoma lists are not on this page. The Choctaw casino site shows no bingo hall in Durant, the Cherokee casino sites list no bingo, and the Muscogee Nation casinos in Muskogee, Okmulgee, Checotah and Okemah describe themselves as former bingo halls. VFW Post 577 in Tulsa and VFW Post 2270 in Enid do not list bingo on their own sites and have no active state license.

Oklahoma Bingo Rules

  • Who regulates it: the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission, under the Oklahoma Charity Games Act (Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes, section 401 and following)
  • Who can run it: religious, charitable, labor, fraternal, educational and similar nonprofit groups that are tax-exempt and have operated for at least 2 years; a business cannot hold a license, and each group gets one license and one location
  • Prize limits: $6,000 in total prizes for a day session or a night session; the ABLE Commission may raise that to as much as $12,000 for an individual licensee
  • Sessions and hours: no more than two sessions at a location in a day; day sessions run between 10:00am and 5:00pm and night sessions between 5:00pm and midnight
  • Sundays: no charity game may be conducted on Sunday
  • Minimum age: no one under 18 may play pull-tab (breakopen) tickets; a person under 18 may play bingo when accompanied by a parent or guardian, if the organization running the game permits it; a hall may set a stricter rule
  • Pull tabs and cards: pull-tab (breakopen) tickets are allowed at no more than $2 a ticket; bingo is played on disposable paper faces marked with the word Oklahoma and an outline of the state
  • Alcohol and credit: no alcohol in the room while bingo is being played, and nothing sold on credit

These rules come from the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, which also bans commercial bingo run by anyone other than a licensed organization. Groups that play four times a year or fewer, and hospitals, nursing homes and senior centers that play for their own residents with prizes of no more than $250 a day, can get an exemption instead of a license. You can check any hall with the ABLE Commission’s Licensee Search by choosing the record type Charity Games Organization License; on October 10, 2026 it showed 54 active licenses and 6 about to expire. Tribal casino bingo is different: under federal law it falls within the jurisdiction of the tribe, and the $6,000 cap and the Sunday ban are rules for state-licensed organizations.

Oklahoma Bingo FAQ

Where can I play bingo in Oklahoma?

Oklahoma bingo is played at licensed charity bingo halls and veterans posts, and at one tribal casino bingo hall that we could confirm. Games with posted schedules in October 2026 include Bingo City in Oklahoma City, I-35 Bingo in Moore, Travelers Bingo in Tulsa, VFW Post 7977 in Skiatook, VFW Post 1098 near McAlester and Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte.

Who regulates bingo in Oklahoma?

Charity bingo in Oklahoma is licensed by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission under the Oklahoma Charity Games Act. Tribal casino bingo is not licensed by the ABLE Commission; under federal law it falls within the jurisdiction of the tribe.

How much can a charity bingo session pay in Oklahoma?

Oklahoma law limits a charity bingo session to $6,000 in total prizes for a day session or a night session. The ABLE Commission can raise that to as much as $12,000 for an individual licensed organization. Tribal casino bingo is not held to this state limit.

How old do you have to be to play bingo in Oklahoma?

Under the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, a person under 18 may play charity bingo when accompanied by a parent or guardian, if the organization running the game permits it, and no one under 18 may play pull-tab tickets. Halls can be stricter: Travelers Bingo in Tulsa sets a minimum age of 18. At Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte, 18 is the casino’s minimum age to enter; its bingo page gives no separate age rule for bingo.

Is there bingo on Sunday in Oklahoma?

The Oklahoma Charity Games Act says no charity game may be conducted on Sunday, and none of the state-licensed halls on this page lists a regular Sunday session. Tribal casino bingo is not under that Act: Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte plays two Sunday sessions, at 2:00pm and 7:00pm.

Do Oklahoma casinos have bingo halls?

Of the Oklahoma tribal casino websites we checked in October 2026, only Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte posts a bingo hall with regular sessions, five days a week. WinStar World Casino in Thackerville lists its bingo hall as temporarily closed until further notice. The Choctaw, Cherokee, Osage and Muscogee Nation casino websites list no bingo hall, though Choctaw Casino McAlester and Thunderbird Casino Norman run weekly promotional bingo nights.

Why call before I go?

In Oklahoma most licensed posts and lodges post no bingo schedule online, and a state license alone does not tell you which night a group plays, or whether it plays bingo at all. WinStar’s bingo hall in Thackerville was listed as temporarily closed until further notice in October 2026, and the casino bingo nights in Norman and McAlester are promotions that can end. A call confirms the day, the price and whether the game is open to the public.
