Bingo Hall Guide for Mississippi

Bingo in Mississippi is charity bingo, played at halls licensed by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for nonprofits, veterans posts, lodges and parishes. Most of the games are on the Gulf Coast and around Jackson, Hattiesburg, Tupelo, Columbus and DeSoto County, just south of Memphis. Last checked: October 2026. The 49 licensed games below come from the Commission’s own map of licensees, which gives addresses and phone numbers but no days or times; seven of them also post days or times on a page of their own, three more have an older or disputed schedule, the other 39 have no schedule we could find, and 7 further listings are unconfirmed leads. Most Mississippi halls have no website, so phone for the session times before you drive.

Three post their times: Nativity parish in Biloxi plays on Tuesday nights, the Biloxi Elks on Friday nights and two Sundays a month, and the Gulfport Elks list a Friday morning game on a lodge page that carries no date. This is the busiest part of the state for bingo, nearly all of it run by parishes, lodges and veterans posts. Five more Coast listings we could not confirm, among them the Pascagoula and Ocean Springs Elks, are in the table near the end of the page. We did not find bingo listed at a Coast casino, though we did not check every one.

Bingo in Hattiesburg and the Pine Belt

We list eight licensed bingo games for Hattiesburg and the Pine Belt of Mississippi: four in Hattiesburg and one each in Laurel, Lumberton, Columbia and Summit. Hub City Bingo in Hattiesburg, which raises money for Habitat for Humanity of the Pine Belt, has two sets of hours that disagree, and Plaza Bingo in Laurel prints its session times on a site last updated around 2021. Summit Bingo is the odd one out, next to McComb in southwest Mississippi and well west of Hattiesburg.

Bingo in Olive Branch, Tupelo and North Mississippi

We list nine licensed bingo games in north Mississippi: two in Tupelo and one each in Nesbit, Olive Branch, Iuka, Burnsville, Batesville, Sardis and Water Valley. The two DeSoto County halls matter most to Memphis players, since Tennessee has no weekly bingo halls: Bingo Bonanza in Nesbit, between Southaven and Hernando, plays every day except Wednesday, and Jackpot Bingo is in Olive Branch. The Commission’s map shows no licensed hall in Southaven or Horn Lake. Tupelo has Magnolia Bingo and Super Bingo, and the northeast corner has Riverhills Bingo in Iuka and Burnsville Bingo on Highway 72, though none of those four posts a schedule of its own. For the Tennessee side, see our Tennessee bingo guide.

Several names from older Mississippi lists hold no license on the Commission’s map, among them Crossroads Bingo in Corinth, Southern Bingo in Starkville, Casino Bingo in Meridian and 59 Bingo in Hattiesburg. Golden Triangle Bingo in Columbus now appears as Bulldog Bingo at the same address. Pearl River Resort, the casino resort of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, has a bingo entry in its website menu, but the page behind it shows no hall or sessions, so we have not listed it.

Mississippi Bingo Rules

  • Who regulates it: the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s Charitable Gaming Division, under the Charitable Bingo Law (Miss. Code Ann. section 97-33-50 and following); its agents make scheduled and unannounced inspections of licensed games
  • Where bingo is legal: at a bingo hall licensed by the Commission, with the proceeds going to a licensed charity; the Commission says bingo played for money outside a licensed hall is illegal
  • Who may run it: licensed charitable organizations only: nonprofit veterans, civic, educational, wildlife conservation and religious groups based in Mississippi, and senior citizen recreation clubs; a license lasts up to three years and covers one location
  • Sessions: no more than two a day and eight a week, each up to five hours; a hall that plays once a week may run one six hour session, and pull tabs and video bingo may be played for up to 80 hours a week
  • Prize limit: $7,500 in cash or prizes per session, or $8,000 if the hall holds only one session a week; door prizes count, pull tab and electronic game paybacks do not
  • Minimum age: no one under 18 may play unless a parent or legal guardian is with them, and a hall may bar under-18s by posting a notice; Bingo Depot, Capital City Bingo and Bingo Bonanza all set 18
  • Electronic bingo and pull tabs: electronic daubers are allowed, one unit per player, at the same price per card as paper, and no one can be made to use one; pull tabs top out at $1,000 a ticket, and video bingo and video pull tab machines at a $2 bet and a $1,000 prize per game
  • Collecting a prize: a prize of $600 or more must be paid by check, and for prizes over $600 the hall takes a signed receipt with your name, address and social security or driver’s license number

The Commission explains what is and is not legal in its FAQ, sets out sessions and prizes in its charitable gaming regulations and shows every licensee on its map of charitable gaming licensees. The age rule is in Miss. Code Ann. section 97-33-67. The map gives no days or times, and it looked behind on renewals when we read it in October 2026, so a license date that has passed there does not prove a hall has closed. To report a problem at a game, the Commission’s Enforcement Division is on 601-576-3800. Rules in other states are on our bingo rules by state page.

Mississippi Bingo FAQ

Is bingo legal in Mississippi?

Yes, as charity bingo. The Mississippi Gaming Commission says bingo can be played at a bingo hall it licenses, where the proceeds go to a licensed charitable organization. Bingo played for money outside a licensed hall is illegal in Mississippi.

Who regulates bingo in Mississippi?

The Mississippi Gaming Commission’s Charitable Gaming Division licenses the charities and inspects the halls under the state’s Charitable Bingo Law. The Commission publishes a map of licensed charities and bingo halls with phone numbers, and its Enforcement Division can be reached on 601-576-3800.

How old do you have to be to play bingo in Mississippi?

Mississippi law lets someone under 18 play bingo only when a parent or legal guardian is with them, and it lets a hall bar everyone under 18 by posting a notice. Many halls do: Bingo Depot and Capital City Bingo in Jackson admit no one under 18, and Bingo Bonanza in Nesbit requires players to be 18 with ID.

What is the biggest bingo prize allowed in Mississippi?

A licensed Mississippi bingo hall may award no more than $7,500 in prizes in one session, or $8,000 if it holds only one session a week. Pull tab and electronic game paybacks are counted separately. A prize of $600 or more must be paid by check.

How many bingo sessions can a Mississippi hall hold?

A Mississippi bingo hall may hold no more than two sessions a day and eight a week, each up to five hours long. A hall that plays only once a week may run one six hour session. Pull tabs and video bingo may be played for up to 80 hours a week.

Are electronic bingo machines allowed in Mississippi?

Yes. Mississippi halls may offer electronic daubers alongside paper, one unit per player, and nobody can be required to use one. Many licensed halls also have pull tabs and electronic pull tab or video bingo machines, which are limited to a $2 bet and a $1,000 prize per game.

Where can I play bingo in Jackson?

Jackson, Mississippi has three licensed bingo halls. Capital City Bingo at 1700 Terry Road plays Monday to Saturday from 12:00pm, and Bingo Depot at 975 I-20 Frontage Road plays Thursday to Saturday from 2:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am. Bingo Rama on Metro Drive is licensed too, but we could not confirm its days.

Where can I play bingo in Gulfport?

In Gulfport, Mississippi, the Elks Lodge at 12010 Klein Road lists bingo every Friday morning, with card sales at 10:00am and early bird games at 10:30am; its page is not dated, so call (228) 328-0660 first. The Gulfport Columbian Home and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 5 are also licensed, without posted days. In Biloxi, Nativity Bingo Mania plays on Tuesday nights and the Biloxi Elks on Friday nights.

Where can I play bingo in Southaven?

We could not confirm a bingo game in Southaven itself: the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s map shows no licensed hall in Southaven or Horn Lake. DeSoto County’s two licensed halls are Bingo Bonanza at 2888 Gwynn Road in Nesbit, which plays every day except Wednesday, and Jackpot Bingo in Olive Branch, where two different addresses are on record, so phone before you go. DeSoto County borders Memphis, and Tennessee has no weekly bingo halls.

Why call before I go?

Most licensed bingo games in Mississippi have no website, and the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s map lists a phone number for nearly all of them but no days or times. Only seven of the 49 games on this page post days or times on a page of their own, and a few of the pages we did find were years old or not dated. A short call saves a wasted drive.
