Rhode Island bingo is charity bingo. The Rhode Island State Police approve each group, and the city or town where the game is played issues the license. Most games that post a 2026 schedule are at town senior centers in East Providence, Lincoln, Middletown, Tiverton and Westerly. We also confirmed a monthly drag bingo in Cranston and occasional Sunday bingo nights in Warwick and Woonsocket. The state’s casinos do not run bingo. Last checked: October 2026. Each of the 8 games below matched the organizer’s own website, a 2026 senior center newsletter or schedule, or a 2026 local news notice. Another 14 are older directory leads we could not confirm. Several games are monthly or occasional, and senior centers may ask you to join first, so a quick call before you drive is wise.

Bingo in Providence, Cranston and Warwick
Players around Providence have three confirmed Rhode Island games nearby, though none is inside the city itself. Cranston has drag bingo one Thursday a month, Warwick has occasional Sunday evening bingo, and the East Providence senior center plays Tuesday afternoons for members. Nothing plays weekly in Warwick. Riviera Bingo on Elmwood Avenue in Cranston hosted the drag bingo below for many years. We found no 2025 or 2026 source for it, so it sits with the older listings further down. Near the state line? - Games per session: at most 45 games per session, not counting the winner-take-all game
- Pull tabs: licensed charities may sell pull-tab tickets obtained from the Rhode Island Lottery
- Alcohol: no alcohol may be sold, served or drunk in the part of the building used for bingo while a game is on
The Rhode Island State Police Charitable Gaming Unit takes bingo applications and posts the forms and the bingo regulations. Its phone is (401) 764-5568. The age, prize and frequency rules are in section 11-19-32 of the Rhode Island General Laws, and the 45 game limit is in the state’s bingo regulations. The State Police publish no public list of licensed games. On casinos, an April 2026 Valley Breeze report said a bill to let Bally’s Twin River in Lincoln and Bally’s Tiverton run bingo was not yet voted on. We could not confirm that it passed. To compare with other states, see our bingo rules by state page.

Who regulates bingo in Rhode Island?
The Rhode Island State Police oversee bingo through their Charitable Gaming Unit and approve each organization. The city or town where the game is played issues the local license, and the State Police send every approval to that town’s chief of police.
How old do you have to be to play bingo in Rhode Island?
You must be 18 to play charity bingo in Rhode Island, and state law allows no one younger. Bingo run under a public senior center’s permit is limited to players 55 and older.
How much can you win at bingo in Rhode Island?
At a licensed Rhode Island charity game, total prizes cannot go over $7,500 in one night. Any single prize over $250 is paid by check. Senior center and senior housing games are capped at $400 in total prizes a day.
Do Rhode Island casinos have bingo?
Not when we checked in October 2026, and Bally’s Tiverton’s website did not list bingo. An April 2026 Valley Breeze report said Rhode Island law allows paid bingo only for charities, senior housing and senior centers. It added that a bill to allow bingo at Bally’s Twin River in Lincoln and Bally’s Tiverton had not been voted on. We could not confirm whether it later passed.
Can I play bingo at a Rhode Island senior center?
Yes, if you meet the age and membership rules. In October 2026, Rhode Island senior centers listed afternoon bingo in East Providence on Tuesday, Lincoln on Wednesday, Middletown on Tuesday and Friday and Tiverton on Thursday. The Westerly Senior Center listed public bingo on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Where can I play bingo in Providence?
We could not confirm a 2026 game inside Providence, Rhode Island. Nearby, AIDS Care Ocean State holds drag bingo one Thursday a month at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet in Cranston, with games at 7:00pm. The East Providence Senior Center plays every Tuesday at 1:30pm for members, who must be 55 or older or have a disability.
Where can I play bingo in Warwick?
We found no weekly game in Warwick, Rhode Island. The Greenwood Fire Co. & Museum at 45 Kernick Street holds occasional Sunday evening bingo, with games at 6:00pm on the 2026 dates we found, March 29 and May 17. Space is limited, so call 401-305-0092 to ask about the next date and reserve a seat.
Where can I play bingo in Pawtucket?
We could not confirm a 2026 game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The Darlington Braves hall on East Avenue has a page last changed in 2018, so call (401) 725-2990 before going. Elsewhere in northern Rhode Island, the Lincoln Senior Center plays Wednesdays at 1:00pm and the Woonsocket Elks Lodge holds occasional Sunday bingo.
Why call before I go?
Rhode Island publishes no list of licensed bingo games, and many older hall listings are out of date. Several games here are monthly or occasional, and senior centers may ask you to join first. A call confirms the day, the time and whether you can play.
